Goodwork can integrate into your existing HR tools. However, we must adhere to our standardized recruitment process, designed to de-risk hires and confidently underwrite them with our Quality Guarantee. While we cannot deviate from this process, we can integrate with your HR recruitment software to streamline and enhance the hiring experience.
Here are the three common methods for sending payments to Pakistan:
1. Remitly:
Set up a Remitly business account.
Add the receiver’s bank details and choose the PKR amount to send.
Add your debit/credit card to facilitate payments.
Required details: Bank name, full name of the receiver, IBAN number, and mobile number.
2. Wise
Currently, Wise has limited features for new Pakistani users. If the recipient has an existing Wise Personal USD account, you can transfer USD payments.
3. Payoneer
The receiver sets up a Payoneer account and sends you a payment link.
You pay the amount, and the receiver withdraws it to their local bank.
Other options include Remitbee, OFX, SadaPay, Suvi, Vault, Western Union, and XE.
For sure! Your Account Manager can provide as much or as little support as you need. From interview funnel design, to interviewing best practices, scorecards for you and/or your hiring team to use, as well as sample contracts to use for your hire. We've got your back, and will help ensure the hiring experience you provide to your applicants is a great one.
It's up to you! When your Account Manager gathers your requirements, they'll ask about your preferred working hours. Workers from our sourced regions are accustomed to remote-friendly time zones. If aligning with your business hours is important, we'll only shortlist applicants happy to work during those times. Employers can choose fixed timings, flexible schedules with a 4-hour daily overlap, or a fully asynchronous approach, though this is less common.

Fill out a 2-minute talent request form describing your hiring needs. An Account Manager will conduct a planning call to understand your requirements, design a custom hiring process, and create a job description. We post the job on multiple platforms, source and screen applicants, and provide a shortlist of top candidates within a week. After pre-interview video screenings, you interview the shortlisted candidates, we deploy a practical test, and once you make your selection, we do reference checks, and you extend the offer.
Goodwork takes no cut from the compensation of new hires. Our revenue comes from a one-time finder’s fee on successful placements.
If, within the first month of engagement, your hire isn't a good fit, notify your Account Manager. We will replace the hire at no additional cost.
Goodwork charges a flat USD$2,000 fee for a white-glove recruiting campaign. This includes one hire from that campaign. For any additional hire (for the same position) that comes from that campaign, we charge an additional USD$500/hire.
Each recruiting campaign comes with a two-fold satisfaction guarantee.
1- If you're not satisfied with the initial shortlist, Goodwork will source new applicants or provide a 100% refund.
2- If your hire isn't a good fit within the first 30 days, we'll replace them for free.
